Not all conflict is bad. During this Lessons in Leadership virtual session, scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, the discussion will not revolve around conflict-resolution techniques. Instead, participants will identify their preferred way of dealing with conflict and how resolution resides within their perspective of conflict. Without conflict, how can leaders expect to improve at anything?
