HHS to start adjusting payment rates for certain 340B hospitals. The Department of Health and Human Services will begin restoring a payment rate of average sales price plus 6% for 340B drug claims in about two weeks, the department told a United State District Court for the District of Columbia.

IHA PAC outraises 2022 fundraising goal. For the first time since 2015, the IHA PAC met and exceeded its fundraising goal. Members hit their goal Friday, Sept. 30.

Submit feedback about national health care provider directory. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is seeking comment through Tuesday, Dec. 6, about a national directory for health care providers and services. The directory will help patients find providers and compare health plan networks.
