CMS updates guidance for billing Veklury (remdesivir) in outpatient settings. On Jan. 7, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services created a new HCPCS code J0248 for Veklury (remdesivir) antiviral medication when . administered in an outpatient setting.
