The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality ranks Iowa health care fourth in the nation. Iowa finished in the Top 10 in the first federal survey of patient satisfaction.
Such outstanding results have become the norm for Iowa hospitals because 70,000 hospital employees recognize and value the life-changing potential that comes with every patient interaction. Further, they value and take pride in their hospitals and the positive impact they have on communities across Iowa. These values permeate Iowa’s hospitals because they are prioritized and modeled by exemplary hospital leaders.
The Iowa Hospital Association is determined to support this culture of caring and meet the mission-driven needs of member hospitals and the people who lead them. The 79th IHA Annual Meeting has been carefully designed to address those needs through countless opportunities to learn, share and connect.
As always, we encourage you to bring as many of your hospital administrative, governing and management team members as possible, so that all may learn from the experts gathered at one convenient event.
